Learnitha, operated by Thara Infotech, provides digital educational products and services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
1. Digital delivery
Upon successful payment, access to the purchased course, live class, or test is granted electronically to your Learnitha account. In the vast majority of cases this access is instant and requires no shipping.
2. Accessing your purchase
- Log in to your account on the Learnitha web application or your Institute's subdomain.
- Your purchased course will appear in your enrolled courses, ready to access.
- A payment confirmation is also sent to your registered email address.
3. Delivery timelines
Access is normally available immediately after payment confirmation from our gateway partner, Razorpay. In rare cases of a processing delay, access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed, typically within a few minutes.
4. Delivery issues
If you have completed payment but cannot access your course, please first check the email associated with your account and ensure you are logged in to the correct Institute. If the issue persists, contact us with your payment/transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly.
