This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on the Learnitha platform, operated by Thara Infotech. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
1. Nature of the product
Learnitha sells access to digital educational content and services — including recorded video courses, live classes, and online tests — provided by Institutes on the Platform. Access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment.
2. Cancellations
- Because access to digital content is granted instantly, an order generally cannot be cancelled once access has been delivered.
- Subscription-based access can be set not to renew; cancelling a renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current active period.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was charged for the same course;
- A technical fault on the Platform prevented you from accessing purchased content and could not be resolved within a reasonable time;
- The course was materially not as described at the time of purchase.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by contacting us with your registration email and payment/transaction ID. Refunds are not provided merely because content has been consumed or because of a change of mind after access has been used.
4. How to request a refund
Email learnitha@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request", including your name, registered email, course name, and the Razorpay payment/transaction ID. We may consult the relevant Institute as part of the review.
5. Processing of approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Institute-specific terms
Individual Institutes may publish additional or stricter refund terms for their own courses where permitted. Where such terms exist and are disclosed at purchase, they apply in addition to this policy.
